● The bearings of the upper and lower corrugating rolls and the pressure roll are controlled by a hydraulic system,andthe glue rollare controlled by a pneumatic system,whichhas both the stability of hydraulic control and the slowbalance of pneumatic control.The gap adjustmentbetween rolls is controlled by an electric fine-tuning devicewith digital display,which can solve the damage caused byhumidity,high temperature and vibration to the AC motor.
● The independent transmission design of the pressure roll helps to reduce indentation and increase the strength offthe single corrugated board.

Flute change is quick and easy,taking less than 10 minutes

·The corrugating roll replacement is done by means of an electric trolley.The complete set of corrugating roll cassettes is
combined with a pneumatic pump that feeds the complete set into the machine,which is then tightened and securedto the base of the machine using the hydraulic system,making the changeover quick and easy with just a few push-but-ton switches and without the need for many tools.
● The steam inlet and outlet for the corrugating rolls are located in the canter of the connection panel and the steam
on/off is controlled by a pneumatic valve.There is no need to use the “Standby”function to preheat the corrugatingrolls before changing them.Simply open the steam inlet with the pneumatic valve and you are ready to start production

● The gluing tank is away from heat sources,which prevents the glue from solidifying for a long time in a high temperature envi-Sronment.Together with the overflow-type gluer,the amount of gluing remains constant without lack of gluing.

● The gluing unit is equipped with a movable gluing system for easy cleaning and maintenance.
