When the set quantity of cardboard is reached,an empty single separation rod is used,while the front conveyor beltslows down and the rear conveyor belt accelerates,makingeach stack of cardboard more accurately separated.

The conveyor belt is divided into five sections,each controlled by five motors,Depending on the length of the cardboard,thequantity of orders,and the production speed,different beltspeeds are generated to make the stacking smoother.

Multiple order stacking can be used to facilitate the production ofsmall orders.

The stacker is controlled by a servo motor and a reducer,ensuring smooth lifting,and lowering without causing the cardboard pile to overturn.

The paper output direction can be divided into two types:A.operation side paper output B.Drive side paper output.

The papel output platform adopts a “gradual”acceleration promotion.
